5. Fees and Payment

• All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in your service agreement

6. Cancellations and Rescheduling

Cancellation and rescheduling policies will be outlined in your individual service agreement. In general:

• Cancellations made with less than 48 hours notice may forfeit any deposit paid
• Rescheduling requests are subject to availability
• Az House Hustlers reserves the right to reschedule due to unforeseen circumstances

7. Client Responsibilities

• Providing accurate and complete property information
• Ensuring access to the property at agreed upon times
• Communicating any changes to the project scope in a timely manner
• Obtaining any necessary permissions or approvals related to the property

8. Results Disclaimer

While Az House Hustlers uses proven strategies and professional expertise to maximize property value and sale outcomes, we cannot guarantee specific results including sale price, days on market, or return on investment.
